Who are we?

Betotrace is an innovative technology startup in the ready-mixed concrete industry. Through a unique SaaS platform, we offer customers and suppliers the ability to easily and structurally order concrete online and track deliveries.

In this way, we want concrete plants, construction companies and transportation companies to work with each other more effectively and completely digitally.

Job Description

As Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing and monitoring our application with customers:

  • You take the lead in successfully launching new customers.
  • You are a true "product champion" and contribute to the further development and expansion of our application based on your identified customer needs.
  • You can quickly identify customer needs in detail and drive implementation accordingly.
  • You build a strong relationship with your customers, and follow up on their inquiries succinctly.
  • Through your good customer support, you contribute to contract renewals and extensions.
  • You will promote Betotrace and provide demos to new clients and work closely with the commercial leads.

Skills

  • You enjoy being in contact with customers
  • You are good at listening to customers, you are eager to develop yourself professionally and personally.
  • You communicate easily and fluently, and can do so in Dutch, English and preferably French or German.
  • You describe yourself as entrepreneurial, dynamic and highly motivated.
  • You are results-driven, structured and analytical.
  • You are flexible and autonomous, and enjoy working together in a team.

Experience

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of Customer Success experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or other relevant field.
  • You have affinity and experience in the concrete or construction industry, or are looking forward to gaining it.
  • You have a strong interest and experience in new technologies, data, apps, ... and describe yourself as an early adopter.
  • Experience with CRM software (TeamLeader, SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
