With whom does Betotrace BV share your personal data?

How long does Betotrace BV keep your personal data?
Betotrace BV will not keep your personal data longer than necessary.
If you receive promotions and general information about the industry through a newsletter or other means of communication, your first name, surname, gender, e-mail address will be kept until you unsubscribe.
Furthermore, Betotrace BV retains the necessary personal data to comply with legal provisions such as tax provisions relating to data retention. In this respect Betotrace BV can keep data up to 7 years after the conclusion of an assignment. Betotrace BV also keeps the necessary data for safeguarding its rights in case of disputes (10 years for contractual liability, in case of legal proceedings: until the end of the proceedings).
After the retention period expires, the data will be deleted.
What rights do you have?
You have several rights:

Applicable law and court
