Editing the delivery time or volume of an order

Delays at your construction site that require you to change the delivery time of an order already passed or approved? Need a higher or lower volume than originally ordered? Check here how to perform a quick-edit via Betotrace.

In the short demo video, we take you through the steps to reschedule an order or adjust its volume. We've also written out the steps for you below.

To change the delivery date, time or volume of an order, go to the order for which you want to make this change.

You can do this through your Projects , or through Orders.

Once you click on the order you want to reschedule or for which you want to change the volume, you will see a blue box on the right where you can perform this action.

In the blue box, choose the desired delivery time or volume, and add a message for the supplier. You confirm your change by pressing the "Confirm" button.

The supplier gets a notification via email and through the platform.

In turn, the supplier may approve the change.

You will receive a confirmation of this via email. You can also find the modified order in Betotrace.
TIP: We strongly recommend also taking a moment to contact the supplier  by phone if you want to change an order at the last minute.

You will always find the contact details and phone number of the supplier in the right sidebar of your order. You can then modify the order in the Betotrace platform so that the data in the platform is correct and can be retrieved by all parties.
