Accepting a quick edit of the delivery time or volume made by the supplier

Did the construction site suffer a delay and then send you a proposal to reschedule the delivery time? Or does the volume of the order need to be modified? Check here how to perform these actions via Betotrace.

In the short demo video, we take you through the few steps to accept a change in delivery time or volume. We've also written out the steps for you below.

1

To access this request, go to this particular order.

You can do this through the button in the email notification or via Orders tab. You can also find the order via Orders, in the tab Needs my attention. You can identify the order by its status. This indicates that action must be taken for this particular order.
2

Once you click on the order, you will see an orange box on the right where you can perform this action.

3

In the orange box, you can click "Accept" to approve the client's proposal.

The customer gets a notification via email and through the platform.
4

If you do not agree with the quick edit, it is best to contact the client to find a solution.

Afterwards, you can enter the adjustment in the rescheduling module (the orange box).
TIP: We strongly recommend taking a moment to contact the customer by phonewhen you do not agree with the proposed change, especially when it is little in advance.

You will always find the customer's contact information and phone number in the right sidebar of your order. You can then modify the order in the Betotrace platform so that the data in the platform is correct and can be found by all parties.
