Canceling an order

It may happen that an order has to be canceled, both by the construction company and that of the concrete plant. We explain you here how to cancel an order.

In the short demo video, we take you through the few steps to cancel an order. We've also written out the steps for you below.

To cancel an order, first navigate to the specific order.

Then you will see the "Cancel" button on the right in the blue box.

When you click on "Cancel," a text field appears where you can add a message.

Leave a message for the other party to understand why the order is being canceled.

Then all you have to do is click "Confirm," and the order is canceled.

TIP: We strongly recommend that you also take a moment to contact the other party by phone to discuss and explain the situation.

You will always find the phone number and contact information in the right sidebar of the order. After the phone call, you can modify the order in the Betotrace platform so that the data in the platform is correct and can be retrieved by all parties.
