Editing a project

From time to time, you may want to make changes to a project: add to the project code, enter additional delivery addresses or additional work zones, add an employee, etc. You'll learn here where to make these changes, .

In the short demo movie, we take you through the steps to edit a project. We've also written out the steps for you below.

To edit an already created project, go to the "Projects" section.

Here you select the project you want to modify via the overview or map.

Then click on the shortcut menu via the three dots above and designate "Edit project".

The three steps you went through to create the project are repeated here. Consequently, you can follow the same method you used to create a project to make your changes.

In the first step, you can edit the project details, such as the project name, project code and the address.

If necessary, you can adjust the location by changing the position of the marker pin on the map. You can also use the latitude and longitude to indicate the exact location. You can also adjust the Check-in@Work attendance registration code and billing address.

In the second step, you can add colleagues to the project, or just remove them from it.

So they can see and place orders for this project. You are already added to the project, you do not need to sign yourself up here. Depending on their assigned user role, colleagues will have different rights regarding the project.
The role Project Administration for example, allows the user to add products to a project, which can be ordered in a quick way. (You can select the appropriate roles per person in the Settings under User Management).

On the third and final screen, you can enter additional delivery addresses.

You can completely choose the names for these according to the need of your construction site. Examples are Crane 1, Back of the construction site and Windmill 3.

After this, click "Save" and your project has been changed!
