Adding products or compositions to a project

Project products allow you to specify which compositions can be ordered for your project, and allow you to track the quantities that have already been ordered. In addition, ordering through project products speeds up the daily ordering process. You can choose how many products to add and what name to give them, but how can you now add a project product?

In the short demo video, we take you through the steps to add a product to your project. We've also written out the steps for you below.

To create a project product, go to the "Projects" section

Then you choose the project via the overview or map.

This takes you to the overview of this project.

On the top right, click on  + Add product.

In the first step, you can search for a certain product type in the text field or just select the product type in the list below.

In the second step, you choose the supplier.

This step is optional while creating a product on your project, but obviously saves you some work if you are using a fixed supplier for your project.

In the third step, you choose the specifications of the product.

For certain fields, you can choose from the most frequently used choices, but you can also select specific choices. You can also add  Additions .

In the fourth step, you choose the desired delivery and unloading method.

In the fifth and final step, enter a recognizable name for your product (e.g. Flooring Zone 1 - C30/35 S4 EE2) and enter the quantity you expect to order for this project.

This estimated quantity is purely indicative and can help you during follow-up and invoicing. Finally, you can also add  remarks or specific requests .

In this overview you can perform a last check, then complete the process by clicking the "Save product" button.

This product is now ready to be ordered in a quick way! If necessary, you could still adjust some details of the product when ordering.
You can indicate when choosing a supplier that you only want to see suppliers with a premium account. All suppliers, regardless of account type, can receive, accept or modify your order and process it. The suppliers with a premium account will also be able to give you info around the delivery status of the mixers.
