Betotrace is a game changer within the concrete industry, connecting construction companies, concrete plants and transportation companies through a unique SAAS platform. We want to help our clients work together better and more efficiently. Through structured information flows, smart software and industry-tailored solutions.

We are looking for: an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial ACCOUNT MANAGER

  • Do you have a strong affinity and experience with construction, specifically concrete?
  • Do you have some experience in sales, construction, or concrete?
  • On top of that, do you have an interest in new technologies?
  • Would you like to work in a growing & ambitious company using your talents, initiating "thinking & doing"?
  • In short, do you have finesse with what we do, who we are, and you are ready to grow with us in our success story?

What is your role?

  • You will get to work with the already built client portfolio. and you will follow up on their needs so that our platform can continue to be a great value for them.
  • You will contact all major players in the ready-mixed concrete sector and convince them about our product. For this you can use your already existing network, and you build your network continuously.
  • You will report to the Managing Director and work closely to win over larger clients.
  • You think creatively to support our organization.

What does our ideal candidate look like ?

  • You exude enthusiasm and professionalism, and can spontaneously gain the trust of our existing & potential customers.
  • You are a strong product owner, promoting our product to customers and convincing them of the added value is evident to you.
  • You can quickly identify our customers' needs and respond to them with the added value of our application.
  • You are aware that you will be employed in a young company, with a very big ambition. This requires entrepreneurial spirit, commitment, structured way of working. This allows you to generate impact in your authentic way in the growth of our organization.
  • Achieving successes is an important motivator of yours, being results-oriented is a trait of yours.
  • You communicate fluently, in Dutch, English and French.
  • You work autonomously, and enjoy working with a team.
  • You have earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Communications, Marketing, Sales, Construction, or other relevant field) or you are equivalent through experience.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, in the concrete or construction industry.
  • You have already built a network (concrete and/or construction), which you can build on.
  • You have a strong interest or experience in new technologies, data, apps ... you are an early adopter.
  • You have experience with CRM software (TeamLeader, SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.)
