Quick order request 2: via favorite products

Calling off orders without filling in all the specifications all the time? There are two ways to quickly place an order. The second way is explained here.

This one is most interesting for customers who often need the same composition for different projects.

In the short demo video, we take you through the steps of a second way to quickly send out an order request: through favorite products. We've also written out the steps for you below.

To set a particular composition as a favorite product, go to an order where you used it.

You can do this through the "Projects" tab and then go to the orders for that project, or directly through the "Orders" tab

On the right side you will see the button "Favorite Product."

Click this button to add the composition and other choices from this order to your favorites.

To order this favorite product,

go to "+ New Order" and select the project you want to order it for. You can also create a new project here, if the project is not yet listed.

Then click on "Favorites" at the top.

and choose the favorite product you want to order.

All you have to do is enter the date, volume and pace.

All other information is already filled in.

To remove a product from your "Favorite Products",

Go to "Settings" and click on the sub-menu "Favorite products". Here you can see the overview of your favorite products and delete them if you wish.
